Kaytlin Borgen is an actor for film, television and stage. Her passion for theater, traditional and experimental performing arts, developed through her theater program at her art high school, Studio Academy and Vertigo Theatre Factory in Minnesota.
Borgen went on to receive training at the Vancouver Film School, Acting for Film in Television program. She continued her training with the Berg Studios (2008-2012), Wheelhouse Acting Workshop, Graham Shiels Studios, BGB Studios and The Village.
She most recently appeared in episodes of The Winchesters (CW) and Daisy Jones and The Six (Hello Sunshine). Other accolades include a lead role in the psychedelic indie thriller, House of Demons (Respect Films), directed by Patrick Meaney. The film was released in 2018 by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. She appeared in the Oscar nominated film Mank (Netflix) directed by David Fincher and season 4 of The Affair (Showtime). She co-produced and starred in successful theater productions in Los Angeles. The House of Yes written by Wendy MacLeod and the world premiere of the absurd "whodunit" by James Mathers, Astral Dick. Hanna Hall directed the play at the Electric Lodge, and LA Weekly sang praise for Borgen’s role as the poetry waitress, Marlo Montecarlo. "Kaytlin Borgen’s luminous, wild eyed performance is exhilarating!" Some other onscreen roles include: Hawaii Five-0 (CBS), indie features including Text and Woke, short films and music videos such as Lifehouse’s "Broken" directed by Frank Borin and Kiefer Sutherland.
Borgen continues to evolve by consistently studying her craft and working to develop film and theater projects. She is theatrically represented with Action Talent Agency and Sandstone Artists Management. She enjoys taking writing classes and is passionate about art, traveling, dancing, hiking, and throwing dinner parties.
